The change in government guidance relating to self-isolation now means that unless a child has COVID-19, they will not be required to self-isolate for a period of 10 days.
Should a child test positive for COVID-19, the first priority is to ensure that they are both well and rested. In many cases the children will feel well enough to access some remote learning during their period of isolation. If this is the case, we ask that you use the links below where you will be taken to your child’s class page. Here you will find a self-isolation grid and resources as outlined in our remote learning policy.
In the event of a short period of absence (such as awaiting a test result), there are a number of resources available under the ‘Resources (1-2 day isolation)’ tab. This includes the link to White Rose for Maths and Oak National Academy. A summary of these activities is outlined below.
